Effective January 1, 2018, the Transient Accommodations Tax  (TAT or Hotel Tax) has increased by 1%  – from 9.25% to 10.25%.  Combined with State of Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET)  the total tax rate will be 14.42%.

*Guests will receive our Rental Agreement after deposit payment. The Rental Agreement must be signed and returned along with any requested documents to finalize booking. Upon receipt of the Rental Agreement and Photo ID of primary guest, guest will be emailed a Reservation Confirmation.

*Guests will receive our Welcome Email approximately 7 days prior to arrival which contains: Check-In Instructions, Contact Information, Driving Directions, and the key code for entry and any other information pertinent to guest’s stay.

Reservation Terms

• All Rates subject to 14.42% Hawaiian State Transient Accommodation Tax/General Excise Tax
• $350 refundable Security Deposit
• 50% Deposit is due at time of booking
• Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival
• Payment is due in full for bookings made with less than 60 days to arrival.
• All rates and taxes are subject to change. Rates are per condominium, not per person
• Maximum 4 person occupancy (including infants/children)
• Minimum age of primary renter 24
• Stays of 28 days or greater require a mid-stay cleaning(s) by our housekeeping staff (included)
• The primary guest (and owner of the credit card securing reservation) must be at least 24 years of age on the day of check-in
• NON-SMOKING unit. No smoking, No eCigarettes, No vaping.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, the balance of your payment will be refunded less a cancellation fee equal to one nights stay.
• For cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival NO REFUND will be given.
• Refunds will be given only for mandatory evacuations as decreed by State of Hawaii and/or Maui County.
We strongly recommend “Cancel For Any Reason’ travel insurance.
