New all-American Restaurants Opens in Downtown Las Vegas on February 12, 2018 and offers a cocktail preview at the Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort Eureka! hosts a craft cocktail preview event at the Andaz Wailea to showcase a sneak peek into the all-American craft cocktail bar program at one of Las Vegas’s newest restaurants, opening on February 12, 2018. Explore, taste and sip your way through signature cocktails with Eureka!’s own Beverage Director Trevor Tyler. Featured cocktails include:
· Old Fashioned: Whiskey / Sugar / Bitters (Choice of Buffalo Trace Bourbon or Old Overholt Rye)
· Electric Butterfly: Immature Brandy / Rum / Butterfly Pea Tea / Lime / Chareau Aloe / Orgeat / Buzz Button (sensory discovery)
· Young and in Love: Vodka / Elderflower / St. George Raspberry / Blood Orange Shrub / Lemon
